Paul Schwartz PA-C, LAc received his BA in Anthropology and Creative Writing from the University of Arizona in 1992. After living in Taipei, Taiwan for five years, he and his wife, Raejune, moved to Austin where he attended AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine and earned his Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. In 2006, he and his partners opened Neighborhood Acupuncture Project, the first community acupuncture style clinic in Texas. In 2012 he moved to Seattle and pursued another path. By 2018 he graduated from the University of Washington’s Physician Assistant program with the goal of eventually practicing Integrative Medicine. He strongly believes in the benefits of combining the best of traditional systems with modern biomedical approaches to healing.
